TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL SESSIONS

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED


— PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU FILL OUT THE BOOKING FORM, HALF 50% OR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR PACKAGE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU PAY HALF THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SHOOT OR THE DAY OF THE SESSION.



— DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT (Non Refundable) is due upfront to secure your date and time. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO REFUNDS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. We DO NOT HOLD DATES without a deposit/full payment. 


— You cannot use any funds paid for a future

session if you miss the scheduled session.

— RESTRICTIONS

Clients are allowed only ONE guest during your photography session, BUT if you are doing a group session you are not allowed to bring extra guests. 


2024 Photo Shoot BOOKINGS



  • Late Fees: Clients are allowed a 20 minute grace period, anything after that would require a late fee of $30+ contingent upon how late client is. Anything later than 1 Hour is an automatic forfeit of the session and all monies paid shall be retained by HustleHolicVentures.


  • Date & Time: Once you make a Payment your Date & Time will be Confirmed.


  • Online Gallery: All photoshoot pictures are uploaded to you the same day of your session without any watermarks.


  • Turnaround time: Turnaround time is 3-7 working days from date of choosing images depending on workload, for a rapid return on your images (within 1-2 days) and additional fee is negotiable.


  • Birthday Sessions: Must be booked 1 week in advance of your birthday in order to ensure that you have the images available to post on your birthday. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when you send your booking form under the Tell us more about your vision section.


  • Can I reschedule my session? Yes, within 24-48hrs of session. Your deposit is still valid for 30 days from original session date, after 30 days your session will have to be booked again. Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by contacting us.

If you book an outdoor session and the weather does not permit the session to occur, then the session will be rescheduled to the next mutually available date. 


  • Will I get all unedited images? Unfortunately no, But All proofs of your images will be available in an online digital gallery upon request, if you would like to receive more edited images that option is available for an additional fee.


  • Retouching/Editing: Every image will be edited based on the photographer’s skill and direction. We reserve the right to charge additional funds or reduce your editing if you request any type of custom editing. There is an additional fee for any graphic artistry on any package.


  • Professional Hair, Makeup, Nails and Grooming: We strongly recommend that you book a hairstylist and makeup artist prior to your session. We do not edit makeup onto the skin. We only enhance your existing hair and makeup. Please make sure to polish your fingernails and toenails. Also, please IRON your clothes as it is not our responsibility to edit wrinkles.
